Replacement 911 address signs are available for all rural residents, at the Pawnee County Road Department Office at 352 5th Street Pawnee City, NE 68420. Please bring your faded or damaged address sign and you will be given a replacement.
Notice is hereby given, that a hearing of the Board of Equalization of Pawnee County, Nebraska will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 8:55 a.m. The purpose of the hearing is Undervalued- Overvalued Property.
An agenda for such hearing, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the office of the County Clerk, Pawnee County Courthouse, Pawnee City, Nebraska.

PAWNEE COUNTY DEPUTY CLERK
OPENING
The Pawnee County Clerk’s office is
accepting applications and resumes for Deputy County Clerk.
Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen, a resident of Pawnee County and
have a high school diploma or equivalent. The Deputy County Clerk
duties will be to assist in the day-to-day functions of the County
Clerk’s Office, including the Register of Deeds, District Court and
Elections. Computer skills are encouraged.
Benefits include health insurance, holiday pay, vacation, sick leave and county retirement.
