Replacement 911 address signs are available for all rural residents, at the Pawnee County Road Department Office at 352 5th Street Pawnee City, NE 68420. Please bring your faded or damaged address sign and you will be given a replacement.

PAWNEE COUNTY JANITOR/MAINTENANCE OPENING
The Pawnee County Board of Commissioners are accepting applications and resumes for Pawnee County Courthouse Janitor/Maintenance position.  Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen, a resident of Pawnee County and have a high school diploma or equivalent.  

Benefits include health insurance, holiday pay, vacation, sick leave and county retirement.   

Applications are available in the Clerk’s office and at the above link.  Please return application or resume by May 22, 2025 by mail or to the Pawnee County Clerk’s Office, PO Box 431, Pawnee City, NE  68420 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
